Referring to the modification of the conditions for benefiting from the said facility, he said: Among the cases that should be controlled according to the regulations of the operating banks, form (c) was the applicant’s, which means that the applicant’s use or non-use of government facilities, land, and subsidized facilities should be checked. they did. The first point is that in the comprehensive support system of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the link of which is provided to the operating banks, they check the current ownership status of the applicant, which means whether there is currently a property in the individual’s name or not. The second point is to query the Central Bank’s Samat system, which determines whether a person has an active housing facility or not.

He continued: Therefore, if the applicant does not have a property in his name and does not have an active housing facility, the acting bank can file a case in this regard.

According to the director of credit department of the central bank of five Mellat banks, Saderat, Trade, Post Bank and Maskan were designated as the operating banks of this facility, and applicants can benefit from the said facility by directly visiting the branches of these banks.
