According to the Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of the project, the television program “Cinema Criticism” produced by Youssef Bechari, which has reached its 29th episode, will air tonight on August 27 with the topic of “Archive, History, Cinema” in the special discussion table hosted by Mehdi Naqoyan. He becomes the head of Simafilm Center.

Also, on the eve of the anniversary of the August 28 coup, the documentary “Coup 53” will be analyzed at the “Iranian Cinema Critic’s Desk” with the presence of documentary maker Mohammad Reza Imamgholi and film journalist Mohammad Saberi. This work, directed by Taghi Amirani, which deals with the coup d’état of August 28, won the best documentary film at the 39th Fajr Simorgh Film Festival.

This week, “World Cinema Criticism Desk” went to the movie “Argentina 1985” directed by Santiago Mitre, and the guests of this section are Arash Khoshkho and Mohammad Reza Magdasian. This political thriller was able to win the Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Film 2023.

The fourth season of “Cinema Criticism” television program, produced by Yusuf Bechari, hosted by Amirreza Mafi and with the participation of Soura Cinema Organization, is broadcast live on Chahar Sima channel every Friday at 22:30.
