According to the financial news report, quoted by the public relations of the National Bank of Iran, Abolfazl Najarzadeh, the head of the National Bank of Iran, in this visit, along with Samad Azizinjad, a member of the board of directors, Bijan Moghadam Biranvand, a member of the executive board and vice president of Tehran branches and marketing affairs, Mohammad Reza Abdulmaleki, the head of the department. The whole field of management, Seyyed Mojtaba Qudsi, head of the General Department of Public Relations and several other managers, reviewed the latest liquidity status, total deposits, bills, currency, credit risk of the branch, etc. and provided the necessary guidelines to increase the optimal service to provided customers.

In the following, the head of the National Bank of Iran, while talking with the managers and employees of these branches, was informed about the latest service status of the electronic systems of the National Bank of Iran, such as ATMs, sales terminals, etc.

In this visit, which took place with the aim of monitoring and controlling the way of serving customers in the last days of the year, the heads of the independent branches of the market and document concentration presented reports of the actions taken in the last days of the year.

In the end, Najarzadeh, while appreciating the hard work and continuous efforts of his colleagues, especially in the last days of the year, emphasized the necessity of effective communication between employees and customers and demanded maximum attention to create customer satisfaction during these days.
