The health insurance sends 80% of the outpatient department information to the central insurance

He continued: Until November 15, we gave more than 2 million 700 prescriptions in the inpatient department to Central Insurance and it seems that there is no reason to provide paper services in Central Insurance anymore.

Rezaei stated that 100% of the information of the inpatient departments has been sent to the Ministry of Health and Central Insurance and continued: In the outpatient department, 80% of the information of the insured has been sent to the Central Insurance.

The vice president of insurance and health insurance services added: “The delay of the central insurance is due to the lack of preparation of this department, so we hope that they will give more speed to their electronic services and we will no longer see paperwork and wandering of patients.”
