But in normal conditions, when the market is balanced and the car manufacturers meet the domestic needs at their maximum capacity, sales can be made as in the past (outside of the lottery) and no tools or intermediaries are needed. Currently, in the cars that are subject to the monopoly rule, the Competition Council must announce the pricing formula. In this regard, meetings are scheduled to be held and the issue finalized to “reach a common understanding and a common formula in pricing”; This stop has not yet been reached and we have not concluded the price regulation with the Competition Council. We expect this to happen as soon as possible.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Safety emphasized: It is in the course of interaction with the Competition Council and the joint decision between the car manufacturer and the Competition Council that the position of the commodity exchange and the future of car supply in the commodity exchange will be defined. It is the Competition Council that makes the decision and not the Ministry of Security or the Ministry of Economy; But as mentioned, at the current stage, the position of the Ministry of Silence and the position of the Ministry of Economy are the same regarding the supply of cars in the commodity exchange.
