Yadgari said about the subject of this series: Considering my work experience and my interest in making sports documentaries, the documentary network suggested that I make a documentary about the history of Iran’s national football team on the occasion of this year’s World Cup. Initially, it was supposed to be the introduction of the national team to the World Cup in 1996 1998 Yes, we started it and went up to today, but when several parts of the documentary were ready and the documentary network saw the quality of the work, it decided to continue this project and turn it into a documentary from the beginning of the emergence of football in Iran until today.
He added: Accordingly, since the beginning of football in Iran until 1996, it has been prepared in 8 episodes, and the contemporary era, that is, from this date to the present day, will be produced in 32 episodes. The broadcast of this documentary will begin on Thursday and will continue until the Asian Nations Cup in 1402.

Yadegari explained the difference between this series and the previous documentaries: Many documentaries have been made about the national team, but they did not have this kind of coherence and comprehensiveness in narration and characterization.
