The holding of the national ideation festival by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development/transportation and housing ideas found a customer

According to Fars news agency, the vice president of human resources development of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced this news, organizing and forming an idea bank and putting these ideas to managers for implementation, increasing efficiency, productivity and people’s satisfaction, institutionalizing the idea generation mechanism. He listed the restoration of two-way relations between the people and the organization and modeling the mechanism of idea generation as practical goals of this festival.

Islamian continued: From the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, a popular and national festival of ideation under the title of Pact for Progress will be held, while all classes of people and ideators throughout the country can participate in that festival.
He stated that people can send their ideas to the Ministry of Home Affairs through the website that will be launched for this event and stated: This festival will start seasonally from the spring of 1402.
According to Islamian, this festival will be held in five parts: housing and construction, rail transport, road transport, air transport and sea transport.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated: The idea developer can view all the steps from the beginning of his idea registration to the end and its judging online, receive a certificate of idea registration and compete with other idea developers in the ranking and grading stage.
The vice president of management and human resources development of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development said: At the end, the submitted ideas will be judged by the jury and cash gifts will be awarded to the golden, silver, and bronze ideas, as well as to the worthy ideas.
Islamian pointed out that in the second season of this festival next summer, the international section will also be added to the festival in a non-competitive manner and added: We intend to publish the submitted ideas at the end of each season of the festival in the form of your ideas season book.
