Banking resources subject to article (4) of the housing production surge law in the form of the general ceiling approved by the Money and Credit Council dated 3/3/1401 (400 thousand billion Rials) and the quotas notified to the operating banks should continue until the end of September 1402.
20 banks act as operating banks to pay housing deposit facilities, and last year, from July 6th (the time when the instructions of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development were sent and notified to the banks) to March 14th, 248,824 cases were filed for housing deposit facilities. was formed, of which 217 thousand 577 people received facilities in the amount of 12 hemats.
