The current market conditions have caused buyers to expect further price reductions, a problem that has caused a significant reduction in housing purchases. In this market, owners have offered discounts of up to 25% and put their units in the sale file, hoping to entice buyers. Of course, this discount is more in the northern regions of the capital than in the central and southern regions.
