According to the Fars news agency, citing Ibena, the implementation of the directive to determine military status for the payment of childbearing loans was stopped by the order of the head of the central bank.

With the notification of the recent circular stating that the provision of child-rearing facilities to male persons is conditional on the status of the subject being inquired from the conscription system organization (according to paragraph (b) of Article 10 of the Public Service Law), the Governor General of the Central Bank ordered, while suspending the implementation of the said circular, coordination It should be done with the public service organization in order to facilitate the payment of the mentioned loan to the applicants.

It was decided to expedite the issue in the specialized commissions of the Central Bank and after the necessary coordination with the organization of the duty system, the amendment circular will be sent to the banking network for implementation.

It should be mentioned that previously and since 2015, based on the coordination between the Central Bank and the Public Service Organization, the payment of marriage benefits and special diseases were excluded from the provisions of Article 10 of the Public Service Law.
