He added: In the discussion of the hard and harmful work law, the main purpose of the legislator was to make the work environment free of pollutants and safe so that the workers do not get injured. But is what is happening today in this field, in accordance with the law’s demands and responding to our needs today? On the other hand, life expectancy in our country has increased from around 56 years in 2054 to around 75 years, but on the other hand, the duration of work has decreased; It means exactly the opposite of what should have happened. These are the factors that have raised the cost of production in our country, and this huge capital that should play a role in production is practically wasted.
Mousavi pointed out that the reforms in the social security system are not only the reform of the retirement age and history, he pointed to some other factors and stated: From the very beginning of the drafting of the social security law, the government’s share of insurance premiums was 3% and this number has remained constant until today. While in other countries, the insurance premium has increased up to 8% according to the conditions. If we see our future in the continuation of the services of this organization, we must make up for the mistakes of the past.
The CEO of the Social Security Organization said about the capacities of the Social Security Organization’s treatment field: Last year, with the allocation of 9500 billion Tomans, we had 87 development and creation projects in the field of direct treatment of the Social Security Organization, and the development of these capacities will be one of our priorities in the coming year.
