And the validity was checked and approved accordingly.

The benefit of this facility for 500,000 residential units, whose land is provided by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and offered to applicants, will be reduced from 23% to 18%. The head of the Money and Credit Council added: Our goal is to strengthen growth and increase housing construction, and people should be able to pay installments.

He hoped that by reducing the profit of this facility, the resources needed to build these units will be more easily available to the applicants and this decision can solve some of the problems.

According to the law of jump in production and supply of housing, the rate of housing construction facilities is in accordance with the rate approved by the Money and Credit Council, on this basis, with the increase in the rate of other banking facilities to 23%, the rate of housing construction loans also reached 23%, which with the new approval The Money and Credit Council once again returned this rate to 18%.
