According to Tejarat News, after the Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced on Saturday this week that the Central Bank has agreed to reduce the interest rate of the National Housing Movement’s facilities, the head of the Housing Foundation announced that the interest rate of the National Housing Movement’s facilities was reduced from 23% to 18%. .

Nikzad said: According to the order of the President, the Money and Credit Council approved the increase of the national housing movement facilities to 550 million tomans in the whole country. The head of the Housing Foundation also announced that the interest rate of the National Housing Movement’s banking facility was reduced from 23% to 18%.

Akbar Nikzad, head of the Housing Foundation, added: “The cost of building housing in different parts of the country has little differences, but the materials do not differ except for the cost of transportation, considering this issue, studies were considered to increase facilities in the national housing movement.”

He added: The President emphasized on the staggered installments of the facility, so that the first installment is less than 40% of the minimum salary of employees and workers.

Nikzad also announced that it was decided to reduce the interest rate of the National Housing Movement from 23 to 18 percent with the introduction of the National Housing Fund’s resources into the banks’ credits.
