The involvement of the Ministry of Silence in the sale of private automakers is not justified

According to Tejarat News, 430 vehicles were supposed to be traded on the Commodity Exchange on Wednesday last week, but this offer was canceled at the request of the Ministry of Silence.

The important point of this cancellation of the offer is that the registration of the car order lasted for seven days and all the applicants had paid their prepayment amount before the offer. However, half an hour before the release, the Ministry of Silence decided to cancel it.

About two days later, the Ministry of Silence blamed the astronomical increase in car prices as well as its triple price, saying that some private carmakers had not done their national duty to evade the sale of cars in the integrated system and try to make more profit. Therefore, the Commodity Exchange is expected to assist the Ministry of Silence in managing the integrated car market instead of playing on the lucrative field.

Why was the car not offered on the stock exchange?

Ehsan Arkani, a member of the Program and Budget Commission, told Tejaratnews: “Over the past one to two months, the Ministry of Silence had interfered in the sale of cars by private automakers.” Private automakers have objected to this, and such interference in the private sector is unjustifiable.

He explains: “For example, when the parliament puts pressure on Iran-Khodro and Sapia regarding poor performance, the Ministry of Silence immediately announces that these two companies are not state-owned and our share in Iran-Khodro is, for example, five percent.” Parliament opposes grammatical pricing. Each issue has its own mechanism and according to the law of commerce must abide by the rules and regulations.

This capital market expert emphasizes: the cancellation of the supply of cars in the commodity exchange is also complementary to the intervention of the Ministry of Silence in the automobile industry.

Arkani continues: On the one hand, the Ministry of Silence claims that we do not interfere. But when it comes to the interests of the Ministry of Silence in the automotive industry, it also gets involved in the sale of private automakers. This is a contradiction, meaning that your slogan of adhering to the law is inconsistent with action, which is against the law and interference in all areas.
