In this sincere meeting, the CEO of Dana Insurance stressed the need for policy in the field of information and communication technology and said: Dana Insurance will key the smart insurance system in the insurance industry in the near future and will be introduced as a model for the entire insurance industry.
Explaining the market development strategy in this company, he said: “According to this strategy, our vision is 10% of the insurance market, which we intend to achieve by the end of 1404.” At present, we have 7.7% of the insurance market with a production of 8600 billion tomans last year.
Reza Jafari also referred to the issue of delegating authority to the dealer network and said: “Based on the principle of trust, we provide our products to the sales network and dealers so that they can offer these products to customers.” Therefore, it is essential that the sales network has all the necessary platforms, and in this way, no obstacles should be created for them.
He added: “The issues of the company’s infrastructure, how to govern and manage the organization, organization and organizational structures are issues that should always be considered, and in fact we should all believe that the world has changed and all businesses in the digital context And it is being presented virtually and quite intelligently, and we should not lag behind these developments in business.
Stating that the speed of customer service should be increased, he expressed hope that by streamlining the structure of the organization and eliminating some parallel posts, we will see an effective agile structure in the company.
In another part of his speech, Dana Insurance CEO emphasized the need for planning to solve problems and untie knots and get out of crises and discuss how the company is governed, attention to human capital, organizational agility, risk-based market development and smart activities, financial discipline and He considered strengthening the investment field as one of the most important strategies and roadmaps of Dana Insurance.
