The King of Jordan called for the continuation of strengthening relations with Iraq

According to IRNA, Abdullah II, in his first message to Abdul Latif Rashid, while congratulating him on his election as the new president of Iraq, called for continued strengthening of relations with Baghdad.
Abdullah II also emphasized on expanding the perspectives of all-round cooperation and continuing coordination on various issues in order to realize the interests of the two countries and serve the issues of the Arab world.
The King of Jordan stated that Amman stands by Iraq and maintains the security and stability of this country.
