According to Tejarat News, Arslan Maliki, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and CEO of the National Land and Housing Organization, in the specialized meeting of the National Housing Movement, which was held this morning in the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and provincial road and urban development managers, discussed the situation of secured lands within the cities. He explained and said: The supply of land for national housing units resulting from the identification of lands within the boundaries or the annexation of lands has reached 35 thousand 44 hectares so far.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: 22 thousand hectares of land are in the process of annexation in the provinces. which was the contribution of the National Land and Housing Organization in providing land for one million and 200 thousand units.
Maliki stated: We will provide other lands needed in new cities and towns through annexation and agreement with the private sector.
The latest status of applicants for the National Housing Movement
He said about the latest status of the applicants of the National Housing Movement in the provinces: Fars, Khorasan Razavi and Kurdistan provinces have the most applicants, and Shahrood and South Kerman have the least applicants.
The CEO of the National Land and Housing Organization emphasized: the most land has been provided in Khorasan Razavi, Fars and Kerman provinces, but due to the high number of applicants in these provinces, land supply should continue.
