The latest statistics of issuing building permits in Tehran – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Hamidreza Sarmi, Deputy Director of Urban Planning and Architecture of Tehran Municipality, said about the statistics of issuing building permits in the capital city: We have issued urban planning permits since August 1401, and the time for issuing permits has reached less than a month.

According to the report of the Shahr website, he pointed out that the number of construction permits issued in worn-out structures was in recession for about eight years, and said: We came out of recession in 1401 and the number of construction permits reached 10,000. More than 9,000 building permits have been issued in the seven months of this year in the city of Tehran, most of which are in worn-out areas and areas such as 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21.
