The license is for the Al-Khattab show

The Iranian Cinema Producers Union stated that “following the new and illegal decisions and innovations of the Ministry of Guidance in violating the issued and legal licenses of films,” it issued a statement strongly condemning this uncultural and non-interactive approach. Slowly. “

Theater News Base: The text of the announcement is as follows:

“The Union of Producers of Iranian Cinema strongly condemns any review, censorship and expression of opinions and tastes in licensed films and calls for respect for the law.

For us, the producers, owners and owners of material rights to the works of Iranian cinema, the “screening license” is the chapter of speech, and any action or decision to invalidate the screening license by the current directors, consultants and managers of the ministry is an insult to the law, the cinema organization and the general public. It is considered the cinema community.

Certainly, the people who take these actions are not only not sympathetic to the cinema, but they are also seeking to outlaw and inflame the cultural atmosphere and provide grounds for the rebellion of the cinematographers by setting the wrong track, consciously or unconsciously. These current rulers of the field of culture have forgotten that the licenses for screenings were issued by the previous government and not by the previous government, and the reason for not showing the films was the corona condition and not waiting for the screening in the new government!

It is very unfortunate that in today’s difficult economic conditions, the Ministry of Culture and Guidance, which is not even able to fulfill its promises to the cinematographers, has thus confronted the cinematographers and destroyed the cinema.

“We, the producers of Iranian cinema, warn that we will not remain silent in the face of these illegalities, and we will stand by all filmmakers alongside the producers of Iranian cinema and to the end, to respect the law and the rights of the deceased.”
