The limits of the new powers of liability insurance and transport insurance of Iran were announced

According to the financial news report, quoted from the public relations of Iran Insurance, Majid Rahmati, General Manager of Liability Insurance and Transport Insurance of Iran, while wishing for the acceptance of obedience and worship and greetings in advance of Eid al-Fitr, said: This management is aimed at speeding up and facilitating the Carrying out the executive affairs of issuing insurance policies and as a result of responding more quickly to the requests of policyholders, it has delegated a part of its issuing powers within the framework of the regulations on the limits of powers approved by the board of directors, and from April 30 of this year, it has been delegated to the governors of the provinces.

He further added that the limits of the new powers in liability and cargo insurance systems are loaded and enforceable within the framework of current regulations, circulars and instructions, and the supervision of their good implementation will be the responsibility of the general managers of the provinces. Also, the functional results of the delegation of authority will be evaluated at regular intervals, and if necessary, necessary changes (decrease or increase) will be accepted in that case.
