Based on this, the elite housing deposit loan, which was previously set at 200 million tomans, will reach 300 million tomans.
Of course, this increase in amount is not only limited to deposit loans, and purchase loans for elites will also increase from 600 million tomans that was set last year to 1 billion tomans. In August of last year, a member of the board of directors of Maskan Bank stated that the repayment of the housing loan would be 20 years.
The unprecedented inflation of rental prices with the beginning of the rental season in 1402 has caused the government to increase purchase loans and housing loans for various groups. Who are the elites?
To receive this loan, the applicant must be among the elite people of the society and this must be approved by the National Elite Foundation. According to the framework set by this foundation, the following groups are among the elite.
- Selected scientific, cultural, social, economic personalities
- Winners of prestigious foreign or domestic scientific Olympiads
- The best people in the university entrance exam
- Selected candidates of Quranic science competitions approved by the Ministry of Guidance
- Faculty members of universities and technological and research institutes
How to repay loans for students
A student who receives a housing deposit loan must repay this loan before graduation or 6 months after ceasing to study. If the student fails to pay the housing deposit loan, the welfare fund will collect the housing deposit in accordance with the legal regulations.
