Avand continues: The auto parts market has a new price every day and price stability is not seen in it, and it is interesting that when the price of the dollar rises, auto parts see a 30 to 40% increase in price, but when the price of the dollar goes up. Only 5 to 10 percent of the price of these parts is reduced.
The head of the Shiraz Light and Heavy Vehicle Repairers Union also points to the abundance of counterfeit parts in the car spare parts market: It is related to the car’s electrical and injector system, and counterfeit spare parts related to the mechanical and motor system are less common but more obvious.
Avand emphasizes: to buy a product with originality, the product must have a barcode or company label and also be purchased from a dealer. Of course, sometimes companies also introduce low-quality products and goods that are not much different from counterfeit parts.
Avand also points to the hoarding of spare parts and explains: Usually, the price of spare parts increases significantly in the first months of the year, and sellers from the towers of 10 and 11 years ago do not take car parts out of their warehouses and take the goods for the next year. They keep selling for 20 to 30 percent more expensive. Due to this, the shortage of car parts intensifies in winter.
The head of Shiraz Light and Heavy Vehicle Repairers Union also says about the share of foreign spare parts in the market: Most spare parts in the market are domestically produced because at the current dollar rate, importing these parts is not profitable, but foreign car parts are usually imported from China. .
