The second meeting of the Steering Council of Rasta was held with the aim of developing a joint self-regulation program for the field of audio and video, and the representative of the Association of Audio and Video Media of Iran was introduced in the Licensing Council of Satra.

Charso Press: According to the public relations of the organization for the regulation of the regulation of audio and video media in the virtual space (Satra), the second meeting of the steering council of Rasta was held with the aim of developing a joint self-regulation program for the field of audio and video.

In this meeting, which was attended by the main and alternate members of the steering council of Rasta Assembly, solutions for self-regulation of the media were presented with the cooperation of Rasta Assembly.

In this meeting, Amirhossein Heydari – the media manager of “Tamashakhane” – was introduced as the representative of the Universal Audio and Video Media Assembly of Iran in the Satra Publishing Licensing Council.

The members of Rasta Steering Council were determined during an election in the presence of the president and managers of Satra and the representative of the General Inspection Organization of the country and with the participation of 168 licensed platforms whose names are displayed on the Satra website.

The purpose of the formation of this council is the effective participation of industry activists in the processes of regulating and organizing matters related to inclusive audio and video media services in the virtual space.

In the first stage of Rasta Assembly elections, 165 platforms participated in the voting and since the votes of the three selected platforms in the Steering Council of Rasta Assembly were tied at the end of the table, the election was extended to the second round to determine two alternate members, and in the second stage, three new platforms were also elected. participated in the elections, which increased the number of voting platforms from 165 to 168 platforms.
