According to Fars news agency, Kazem Nazari, director general of performing arts, issued a message on the occasion of the 27th regional theater festival of the country.

The regional theater festival is a great gathering of culture, art, language and attitude of Iranian peoples. It contains a rainbow of broad theoretical spectrums and creativity of Iranian youth. This festival has always been the demand of activists and theater artists who have given life to theater stages with their dedication and sacrifice.

Now, with respect to the will of the young people who go to the theater of Iran, who see it as a manifestation of the passionate encounter of theater people and the constant practice of unity and staying together, the regional theater festival, after a long break and following repeated requests and for the right of the big family of the show, to Another beginning has arrived.

The 27th regional theater festival will be held in its first stage, hosted by Kermanshah province, from January 7 to 10 this year, with the participation of 17 theater groups and 229 artists from the northwestern, western, and southwestern provinces of the country.
