The message of the Director General of Visual Arts on the occasion of the beginning of the 15th Fajr Visual Arts Festival

According to Fars News Agency, Abdul Reza Sohrabi, Director General of Visual Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Chairman of the Policy Council of the 15th Fajr Visual Arts Festival, issued a message on the occasion of the beginning of the 15th Fajr Festival.

This message says:

“in the name of God

The glorious Islamic revolution, which was the crystallization of the true determination and will of the God-seeking natures and passionate souls of Imam Ruhollah (RA), left huge and lasting fruits and blessings in various fields of society, including culture and art. Moreover, according to our well-traveled and clear conscience, the Islamic revolution benefits from a cultural nature.

The art of the Islamic Revolution was a herald of a pristine and original worldview that had not been presented before by any of the world’s artistic schools and institutions, and basically, the essence of this popular and sublime art should be sought in its distinguished and distinctive characteristics.

Now, on the threshold of moving towards the second step of the Islamic Revolution, the language of art will be the path-breaker for the field of explanation jihad more than any other expression. If the expressive and eloquent language of art serves to describe the opportunities, progress and achievements of the Islamic Revolution, it should be hoped that many long and effective steps will be taken in this field, and thus, the necessary ground for self-improvement, socialization, the consistency of the new Islamic civilization and the emergence of a savior. the world of humanity; May the Holy Prophet (PBUH) come true.

It is hoped that the 15th Fajr visual arts festival can be the beginning of the realization of the second step of visual arts of the Islamic revolution.

For my part, I would like to thank all the artists and those involved in the 15th Festival for their efforts, and I wish them continued honor and success in front of God.

It should be mentioned that the exhibition of selected works of the artists present in the 15th Fajr Visual Arts Festival will continue until 28th of February this month.

To visit this exhibition, those interested can go to Vali-Asr Street (AJ), before Taleghani Street, Art Academy, Saba Art Cultural Institute, every day (except 15th and 22nd of Bahman) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
