The minimum daily usage limit for the Instagram app has been increased to 30 minutes

After reducing the number of daily Instagram users for the first time, the minimum daily usage limit for the Instagram app doubled.
The addiction of users to using the social network Instagram caused the developers to finally make available to users the ability to limit the daily use of the Instagram application. Previously, there was a 15-minute option among the available options. But now Instagram has increased it to 30 minutes. This seemingly minor change could indicate a significant change in the body of the Meta Group of Companies as the owner of Instagram.
In 2018, Instagram introduced this feature to users in some parts of the world. Users who can not control the use of this social network, and receiving occasional notifications will cause them to lose focus at work, can use this feature to monitor the daily use of the Instagram application.
The reason for changing the restrictions on daily use of the Instagram application
Until now, 15 or even 10 minute options can be seen among the available options. But now the minimum limit is 30 minutes. The other options are still there, though, and you can set from half an hour to three hours. The change comes just weeks after a report on the number of daily Instagram users dropped for the first time in history. It now appears that Instagram wants to increase its user engagement by increasing usage restrictions.

In 2018, when Instagram introduced this feature, it said in its description:

These new tools are also an important step forward in this regard, and we intend to continue to work to build safe, compassionate, and supportive communities for all.
It remains to be seen whether the company will change its other in-app tools to reduce its dependence on social media.
