According to Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of Golestan’s General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, engineer Seyyed Ezzatullah Zarghami today, Thursday, December 30, 1402, in continuation of his trip to Golestan, accompanied by Mohammad Javad Savori, Director General of Golestan Province’s Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, visited the buildings of the historical city of Estrabad (Gorgan). .
In this visit, the Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Golestan province, while introducing the historical city of Estrabad (Gorgan), presented a report on the process of restoration, restoration and investment in this valuable historical context and expressed the needs of restoration and restoration, promotion and marketing of this work.
The historical city of Estrabad (Gorgan) is the first city registered in the list of national monuments of Iran at number 41.
This historic area is located in the center of Gorgan city with an area of 156 hectares. Due to the participation of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, Gorgan Municipality and the private sector in the process of reviving and organizing this historical monument, more than 100 people have been employed so far.
