The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance visited Jamal Shoorjeh

According to Fars News Agency, in this meeting, Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili followed up on the latest condition of Jamal Shoorjeh’s treatment and wished him a speedy recovery and complete health.

He said: “Yousef Payambar” series, in which Mr. Shoorjeh also worked closely with Farjahullah Salahshour, is one of the lasting works of the series in the Islamic world, and I hope that the story of Prophet Moses (AS) will also be a lasting work.

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, stating that Mr. Shoorjeh has always been popular with all classes with his strong and revolutionary positions, said: “His clear positions and clear vision have always been respected and I have never seen anything against him in the media.”

Ismaili reminded: Mr. Shoorjeh is one of the pillars of revolutionary cinema and a source of pride for everyone, and we ask God Almighty for his immediate healing. Our cinema needs the presence of such people.

In this meeting, Jamal Shoorjeh expressed his satisfaction with the treatment process and expressed hope that he would soon be ready to appear behind the camera of the series “Prophet Moses (AS)”.

Ahmad Mir Alaei, the producer of the cinema, said in a part of the meeting that Jamal Shoorjeh is like Sardar Soleimani in Iranian cinema: “All intellectual spectrums remember him well and are constantly following his general condition.”

In this meeting, Mahmoud Shaloui, Advisor to the Minister and Director General of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, accompanied Mohammad Mehdi Ismaili.
