The representatives mandated the Ministry of Roads in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, Municipalities, Vice President for Science and Technology, the National Real Estate Registration Organization, and the Tax Administration Organization to find out the price range and regional rent with priority for residential use in metropolitan cities.
According to Tejarat News, Ebrahim Raisi emphasized on organizing the rental market and monitoring the performance of communication platforms in the field of housing market and rental price in order to prevent speculation and price fixing in the housing market.
The representatives in the public meeting today (Sunday, June 21) of the Islamic Council continued to consider the report of the Construction Commission on the two-urgent plan to control and organize the rent of residential properties, with Article 9 of the said plan, with 185 votes in favor, 4 votes against and 3 abstentions. A total of 235 representatives present in the hall agreed.
According to Article 9 of this plan, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is obliged to cooperate with the Ministry of Interior, Municipalities, Presidential Vice President for Science and Technology, the country’s Real Estate Registration Organization and the Tax Affairs Organization within six months after the entry into force of this law, using From the capacity of the country’s real estate transaction registration system, with the priority of using modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and considering criteria such as geographical location, building age, floor, density, construction materials, distance from welfare services, education, similar transactions To discover the price range and rent in a regional way with priority for residential use in big cities. This information should be available online and free to the public. The executive regulations of this article, including the framework for the participation of cooperating agencies, will be prepared by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development within three months and will be approved by the Council of Ministers.
