According to the financial news report, quoted by the public relations of Iran Zamin Bank, Vahid Alizadeh, the branch manager of Isfahan, Qom, Markazi, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces, stated that teamwork is the reason for the success of the bank and said: the spirit of constructive interaction between the headquarters and staff colleagues can It is effective in achieving organizational goals, and employees should use up-to-date information and check how other competitors provide services in making correct and timely decisions.

Alizadeh described the officials of each branch as an analyst and added: All the performance of colleagues and the amount of input and output of resources should be analyzed and weak points should be identified and turned into strong points.

The branch manager of the province considered the colleagues working in the branches to be the first line and the front line of the bank and noted that identifying the needs of customers, providing optimal services, and introducing modern banking services is the duty of all colleagues. In the continuation of the meeting, Behzad Eshirani, the deputy of the financial administration of the region, emphasized on points such as providing services to customers as soon as possible, introducing digital banking services and responding to administrative correspondence in a timely manner.

In the end, 9 colleagues who were recognized as exemplary employees in the indicators and criteria of the last eight months were appreciated.
