The head of the housing economics office of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development also emphasized: The amount of the fine for Postbank is 660 billion tomans, the amount of the fine is 3 thousand billion tomans for the Entrepreneur Bank, 3 thousand billion tomans for the Saman Bank, and 4 thousand billion for the New Economy Bank.
Of course, he also said that a tax penalty of 95 thousand billion tomans has been set for the offending banks.
According to the law of jump in housing production, banks must allocate 20% of their payment facilities to the housing sector every year. The mentioned banks have violated this law and have been fined for that.
