According to the report of Fars news agency from the General Department of Public Relations of the Cinema Organization, an intimate meeting of artists and cinematographers of Semnan Province was held today (June 31) in the presence of the head of the Cinema Organization of the country, Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Semnan Province.

Referring to the lack of cinemas in more than 200 cities with a population of 50,000, Khazaei stated in this meeting: Unfortunately, apparently, cinemas have not been prioritized in the country’s development plans, while cinemas and theaters are cultural development and indicators of development. Currently, there is a serious demand in Tehran and Shahrestan for the construction of a cinema.
According to him, since the beginning of the 13th government, 200 movie theaters have been put into operation, and by the next quarter (until the end of Shahrivar month), another 50 theaters will be put into operation, and I have promised myself that by the end of the four-year period of the government (1404), this number will be put into operation. We have reached 1000 halls and we will fulfill our promises.

The head of the cinema organization stated regarding the equipping of the cinema halls: we do not make slogans in the field of equipping, and in the first resolution of the Cinema Council, 180 billion was decided to equip the youth cinema centers, and the infrastructure of this budget is being prepared, and I assure that it will be allocated to this sector by the end of the year. find

Khazaei said: Cinema in the world is changing and changing. With the arrival of metaverse and artificial intelligence, a revolution is taking place in the field of cinema and image technology, in which case filmmaking and its genre will change in the near future. He stated: Due to the sudden increase in prices and the lack of competition in the supply market, the cinema server, the cinema organization, has put several servers with higher quality and more economical prices on the agenda to support Sharif moviegoers. He called the follow-up for the establishment of the National Animation Foundation as one of the important plans of the cinema organization, which will be realized soon.

Khazaei added: “Industrial animation is money-making, attractive and dignified in the development of culture and communication diplomacy, and paying attention to this industry is one of the priorities of the cinema organization, which will bring many national and international interests.”
He continued: The creation of short film hangouts in the provinces will create a new atmosphere in cinema.

The head of the country’s cinema organization considered the revival of the provincial cinema council as one of the measures to identify and support the interests of cinema in the provinces.
