In this meeting, which was hosted by Maskan Bank, with the presence of 13 managing directors and senior managers of the country’s banks, Hosseini explained the latest state of the national housing movement and presented a solution to speed up the implementation of this project.
He said: Regarding the national movement, many meetings are being held in the presidency, the central bank, and the country’s policy departments to see why the banking system is not working and fulfilling its obligations towards the movement.
Hosseini pointed to the holding of the last meeting of the Supreme Housing Council with the presence of the President and the Governor of the Central Bank and by expressing the expectations of the President and his concerns regarding the national housing movement, he emphasized the greater efforts of the banking system in order to achieve the goals of the system.
The CEO of Maskan Bank stated some of the problems that caused the slowness of the National Housing Movement projects, while giving solutions to solve these issues, and added: We managers of the banking system must find and manage solutions with tact.
Pointing to the existence of challenges regarding the implementation of the national movement, he said: Without a doubt, the colleagues of the banking system also have concerns and we must find solutions to solve the problems together.
Hosseini continued: For this purpose, we talked with the Central Bank to issue debt securities in the Housing Bank, which both the Central Bank and other banks will buy, and this action will be accepted by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development as their legal duty in implementing the national housing movement.
The CEO of Maskan Bank stated: With this work, in addition to creating money flow, there will be no pressure on the banks; In addition, the central bank also helps banks in buying these bonds.
He said: We should go towards finding solutions and not say that the work cannot be done because we don’t have the resources. We should all reach the results that will reduce the concerns of the government and discouragement from the banking system. We know the concerns and we are aware of the problems, but we have to find a solution to solve them.
Hosseini said: According to the experience of Maskan Mehr, Bank Maskan has the indicators and tools for this work, including appraisers and real estate experts all over the country, and provides all its structure and executive system to the banking system without any expectations to fulfill their legal duties. about the national housing movement.
