He added: account blocking and unblocking, account inquiries, details of internet transactions, tracking fraudulent funds in cyber space, checking ATM camera images in fraud cases, customer statement inquiries, customer profile inquiries, etc. are among the most important. Based on this, in the first 6 months of this year, about 54,000 account blocking letters for 66,000 people and 158,900 unblocking letters for 160,000 people were received in the normal crimes department. Also, the number of inquiries in different departments has reached 29,800 for 30,000 people.
In cyber crimes, during the mentioned period, 70,600 letters received from the judicial authorities were answered in the Sarmad system, which were related to account blocking, tracking of fraudulent funds, etc.
