The new ban of the ministry of security for buying a car/ from which market should the applicants buy a car?

According to Tejarat News, since the beginning of Reza Fatemi Amin’s work, the Minister of Security, promises were made to the people regarding the regulation of the car market and the balancing of car prices.
Fatemi Amin first intended to reduce the price of cars in the market by promising to increase production. But now he has proposed the solution of importing and supplying cars in the commodity exchange to solve this problem.
This is despite the fact that none of the solutions gave a positive result so far, and the Pride, which was one of the cheapest cars in the market, was accompanied by a significant price jump and now it has reached at least 300 million tomans.
Although the officials of the Ministry of Security consider this price increase to be false and believe that there is no need for an increase, they still request people to buy their cars from the commodity exchange.
In this regard, Omid Qalibaf, the spokesman of the Ministry of Security, wrote on his Twitter page: One million cars will enter the market in the next six months and quench the thirst of the market. Don’t shop on the open market and choose a car for value for money.
Does increasing supply reduce inflammation in the car market?
Qalibaf’s speech raises the issue of whether the promise of the arrival of one million cars will be fulfilled?
In the meantime, it should be remembered that last year, Fatemi Amin promised the people to produce 1,600,000 cars in 1401. But a look at the history of the country’s major car manufacturers, i.e. Iran Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodro, shows that now, after about 10 months have passed since 1401, their production has reached only about 760 thousand units and they are still behind the Minister’s plan. But how these car manufacturers want to reach this number in only six months is questionable!
On the other hand, it seems that the Ministry of Privacy has also taken account of imported cars and allocated a huge part of the one million car supply to foreign cars. But the first shipment of car imports, which included 22 cars, also shows that importing companies have a tough road ahead of them to import cars in large numbers.
Now it is not clear how to inject one million cars into the market. But what is clear is that the Ministry of Silence did not reach its predetermined promise again. Because imported cars are not supposed to be offered at a low price. Experts believe that imported cars cost between one and three billion, and it is possible. As a result, it seems that the entry of these cars is not a salve for the Iranian car market and is not specific to the middle class of the society.
On the other hand, although statistics are published every month that automakers set records in car production, there is no change in the way cars are sold or the increase in the supply of these products to the market.
Commodity exchange, mandatory to buy a car?
Another point related to carpet carpet tweeter is the method of buying a car. This speaker asked people not to buy a car to preserve the value of their money. But this official of the Ministry of Silence did not introduce an alternative method to protect people’s capital against successive dollar ceilings. He only pointed out that people should buy cars through the commodity exchange and not through the open market. The support of the Ministry of Security to the commodity exchange, while it has not helped to reduce the price, is also questionable!
Experts believe that the commodity exchange is the only way to buy goods and it can almost be said that it does not help to reduce the price. Rather, it has become a way to increase the rate of factory cars.
Although before this, the Ministry of Silence set the deadline for its promises by the end of 1401, but now it has requested a six-month deadline to organize the chaotic situation of the country’s car market. While the Minister of Peace had previously said that the organization of this market will take about four years. But should we wait and see if the promises of this ministry will be implemented, or is this promise, like other promises, an alternative to avoid solving the main problems of the car market?
