The new composition of the Board of Directors of Mellat Insurance was determined

According to the financial news report, citing the public relations of Bimah Mellat Company, following the holding of an extraordinary general meeting and the election of new members of the company’s board of directors, the 359th meeting of the company’s board of directors was held last evening on August 3rd to determine the position. The members held a meeting at the Mellat Insurance Conference Center located on East Brazil Street and the positions of the members were determined.

according to this:

· Mr. Behrang Esadi to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors

· Mr. Seyed Mohammad Mehdi Beheshtinejad to the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

· Mr. Mohammad Taghi Chiraghi to the position of main member of the board of directors

· Mr. Mehdi Keshavarz Bahadri to the position of main member of the board of directors

· Mr. Daud Ghasempour Dizji to the position of the main member of the board of directors

And

Mr. Seyed Ali Raiszadeh and Ebrahim Nowrozi Dastgardi to the position of alternate member of the board of directors

were chosen.

Also, based on the provisions of 44 of the company’s articles of association, it was decided that until the selection of the managing director approved by the Central Insurance Agency, his duties will be assigned to Mr. Qasimpour Dizji as the supervisor of the company.
