The new helmsman of the Surah Documentary Center

According to Fars News Agency, quoting the public relations of Hozeh Honari Cinema Organization, this morning, January 20, during a ceremony in Saffarzadeh Hall of Hozeh Honari, Hamid Reza Jafarian, head of Soureh Cinema Organization, said goodbye to Yasser Faryadres, former director of Soureh Documentary and Television Center, and Amir Mehrizdan. Introduced Surah as the new director of the Documentary and Television Center.

Hamidreza Jafarian said at the ceremony: “Soura Documentary Center has had a significant share in the field of Iranian documentary cinema in recent years, and this event has been the result of the efforts of Mr. Yazdi and Mr. Faryadres.” Hosting talented documentarians and talented directors and the honor of working with many filmmakers who have made the arts their home over the years is a great achievement and we hope this path will continue and nurture a new generation of documentarians.

Also, Mohsen Yazdi, the director of the Sima Documentary Network, one of the other participants in the ceremony, said in a speech: “More important than producing a work is cultivating capable human resources in the field of art.” I know myself from the field of art. – Focusing on the thematic areas of culture and art and the content treasures of oral history and literature of the sustainability of the arts through connecting and communicating with the relevant components in the field of art of the Islamic Revolution
– Paying attention to trans-Tehran and using the capacity of capable and motivated documentarians and programmers throughout the country
– Cooperation with other production centers of the cinema organization in order to increase the content
– Development of communications and collaborations with the Radio and Television Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran in production and efforts to establish and improve the practice of documentary productions and mixed programs
– Synergy with the active cultural centers and institutions of the Revolutionary Front in the field of documentaries and television programs »

In this ceremony, which was attended by documentarians such as Vahid Chavosh, Mohammad Reza Karimi Rad, Mehdi Shammohammadi, Shahram Mirab Aghdam, Mohammad Hassan Yadegari, Hojjat Adalatpanah, Amir Reza Mafi, Mohammad Reza Borouni, Mohammad Mehdi Dezfuli, etc., Jafarian’s many years of hard work.
