The new registration of the National Housing Movement will start from tomorrow/ What are the registration conditions?


According to Tejarat News, the Housing and Construction Deputy explained the details of the re-registration of National Housing Movement plan applicants in the system of support plans.

Tasnim He wrote: The announcement of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s Ministry of Housing and Building is as follows;

Considering the identification of excess capacity in the previously provided land or the provision of new land for the construction of a residential unit in the form of the National Housing Movement Plan in some cities of the country, we inform that eligible applicants for housing can start at 12 o’clock on Wednesday 1401/04 15/ To register in these cities by referring to the system of housing support schemes at the address https://saman.mrud.ir.

It should be noted that registration is only done in cities where there is excess land capacity or new land has been identified and provided, and obviously, if land is provided in other cities of the country in the coming days, the system will be gradually reopened in these cities as well. to be Also, registration of applicants is done within the limit of the excess capacity of previously provided land or newly provided land in each city, and after completing the registration capacity in each city, the system is closed in that city.

According to the provisions of the law on organizing and supporting the production and supply of housing and its related regulations, the conditions and documents required for the registration and screening of applicants are as follows.

A- Requirements for applicants:

According to Article (1) of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Organizing and Supporting the Production and Supply of Housing, the conditions for applicants to register are as follows.

The applicant and the people under supervision must not have a residential land or residential unit.

The applicant must not have used any of the facilities of non-governmental public institutions related to the provision of housing, including land, residential units, or subsidized facilities for buying or building residential units, since 22nd of February 1357. (Green C form).

The applicant must also be married or the head of the household.

The following people can be eligible applicants without the condition of marriage and without the condition of being the head of the household:

Unmarried women must be at least 35 years old

Single men subject to at least 45 years of age

Scientific elites with the introduction of the National Elites Foundation of the country

Physically disabled, movement with at least twenty (20) years of age and with the introduction of the country’s welfare organization.

Special patients based on the criteria of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education

Unmarried men between 23 and 45 years of age, on the condition of providing a notarized letter of commitment regarding the presentation of an official marriage certificate at the time of handing over the unit

The applicant must have at least 5 years of recent residence in the requested city.

Residence history for immigrants from big cities to other cities of the country is reduced to one year. This history will not be a criterion for government employees and the armed forces of the Republic of Iran who are transferred based on the decree of the relevant military organization and clerics who are transferred with the approval of the management center of seminaries (except for Tehran province). Confirmation of the residence history condition of the employees and retirees of the armed forces will be based on the confirmation of the deputy human resources of the provincial subordinate units of the armed forces according to the instructions approved by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

Applicants for new cities must have a residence history of at least 5 years in the requested new city or in the mother city.

The applicant must not have received housing construction or purchase facilities from the banking system in the last 5 years.

Eligible applicants approved in the system must also have the following conditions to use the residential units of this program:

Not having a legal prohibition to receive bank facilities (such as bounced checks, overdue facilities, etc.).

The ability to finance the construction of housing in excess of bank facilities based on the cost of construction.

B – Required documents at the time of registration:

Upload the picture of the applicant’s national card

Uploading the photo of the applicant’s birth certificate and those under guardianship

Upload the image of the guardianship certificate if necessary

After registration, the applicant must refer to the “view and track the application” section in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s housing support scheme system at the address saman.mrud.ir to upload the images of the mentioned documents.

After refining the information of the applicants and with future notifications, it is necessary to submit the original documents uploaded to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development or other custodians of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s housing support projects in order to file a case.

C- Monitoring and notification:

After the final registration, the applicant can track the status of all stages of his work through the section “view and follow up the application” in the system of housing support projects of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development at the address saman.mrud.ir.

Checking the non-receipt of land, housing and subsidized facilities by the applicant is done through the “C” form system of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

D- Other conditions for registration in the housing support schemes of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development:

The applicant has read all the above conditions and accepts them

Registration in the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s housing support scheme system does not mean confirmation of the applicant’s conditions and commitment to provide the applicant with a residential unit.

Whenever the ineligibility of the applicant is determined for the institution in charge of implementing the plan, the applicant will be removed from the current plan and will not have the right to object.
