First of all, new personalization features have been applied to notification sounds and, in particular, new message alerts. Now you can unlimitedly choose any type of sound for notifications, and you can even adjust it to use your favorite song with a hilarious meme, so that every time someone sends you a message, a smile will flow on your lips. In addition, it even has the ability to use a voice message as a song and apply it to a chat or group of chats.

Of course, there are some limitations to this feature. For now, Telegram only needs to accept files and voice messages with a size of less than 300 KB and a maximum duration of 5 seconds. So if you want to use your favorite song in this section, you have to cut it with a sound editing program.
