According to the principles of civil rights in the administrative system, employees have the right to critique the policies, decisions, processes, services and actions of the executive apparatus and to express their views within the framework of regulations. Therefore, with the aim of consensus and active and effective participation of colleagues in the decision-making process and their dynamic participation in reforming the company’s affairs, “Forum” in addition to physical activity in cyberspace widely, with the approach of developing and promoting a culture of conversation.
