He continued: The finished price of the building also depends on many issues and the government helps in providing land, profit of facilities, subsidizing branches with the aim of reducing the final price of construction.

According to Mahmoudzadeh, the initial intake of applicants in different provinces is different according to the density of buildings, infrastructure, and the time of construction.

He explained: In cities with a population of less than 100,000 people, the land is handed over, in a way, housing construction is gradual and biannual, and there is no pressure for the amount of money to be paid, but in mass construction projects that proceed with the money of the applicant, taking into account It depends on the density of the building, etc., and it should be paid earlier, but the prices are tried to be a significant percentage lower than the adjacent units outside of this plan, which are built by the private sector.

Mahmoudzadeh also said about the price base of the project: This project should be done in a way that is economical for the builders and the price for the people is as low as possible. In some southern cities, there is a problem with the supply of materials and the cost of transportation, based on which coefficients are considered and added to the base price.

Mahmoudzadeh announced that in the coming weeks, meetings will be held with the new board of directors of mass producers in order to benefit from their opinions.

He explained about the amount of the facility: this amount will be 450 million tomans in Tehran, 400 million tomans in metropolitan cities, 350 million tomans in provincial centers and 300 million tomans in other cities of the country.

Mahmoudzadeh stated: Of the 4 million pledged units, 3.2 million are urban housing and the rest are rural housing, and 1.580 thousand residential land units have been provided for urban housing.

He added: “One million and 300,000 units of land to be added to the area or settlement, etc., are in the stages of land use review in the provinces, and a total of two and nine tenths of them have the potential to supply units, and more than 90% of the 4-year lands have been supplied so far.”
