In an interview with Fars news agency’s economic reporter, Javad Sadat, referring to the plan to organize the market, land, housing and rent, said: The plan that was approved in the parliament can help to organize the housing rental market in 3 main ways.
The adviser to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development in explaining the first axis of this plan said: The first discussion of this plan is the issue of organizing real estate consulting companies, which considers issues such as the fees of the companies, policies to promote activities, and the increase of monitoring tools.
He continued: For example, in the matter of supervision of real estate consulting firms, he has given permission to the Punishment Organization to take action against the delinquent companies and impose up to 10 times fines.

The consultant of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development in explaining the second axis of the plan to organize the rental market said: One of the issues that regularly bothered the people, especially the tenants, is the bubble issue of housing market prices and rents. Article 8 of this plan allows the Supreme Housing Council to increase Manage the created price and act on reasonable pricing in this market.
He added: “Rental prices have been controlled by policies in recent years, and the progressive version of these measures has been included in the new law.”
