Considering that these tenants are scattered in 10 income deciles, at least, on average, 50,000 tenants in the country every month, located in the first three income deciles (the first three low-income deciles) need to receive financial support to meet the rent.

This is despite the fact that this population of 50,000 people are the only groups located in the first three deciles of income. In the current situation where housing rents have increased significantly, a greater number of tenants, most of whom are in the 4th and 5th deciles, also need financial support to cover part of their rental costs.

However, in the past month and a half, only 22,000 tenants have been paid rent, and at least 50,000 low-income and needy tenants move in the rental market every month on average and based on official statistics.

This amount of loan and deposit payment is less than half of the population of low-income tenants who have moved in this market in one month. The Central Bank has announced in this regard: during the last month and a half, in the amount of 1,300 billion Tomans Housing loan It has been paid to the applicants by the banking network.

Since July 6th and with the notification of the operating bank guidelines, housing deposit facilities have been paid to 22,600 people, which shows a 51% growth compared to August of last year.

Also, so far, with the introduction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, a case has been filed for 47,000 people in order to receive housing deposit facilities in the operating banks.
