The official of the Ministry of Roads stated that there is no need for a census with the housing and real estate system, and said: The electricity tariff of households that have not declared themselves in the system is considered the highest tariff.
According to Tejarat News, Abolfazl Nowrozi pointed out that the national code of 73,600,000 Iranians is connected to the postal code, and stated: Every transaction – housing – that is officially registered is in the real estate and housing system. Transaction information that is done in real estate companies is also recorded in the mentioned system.
Stating that the real estate and housing system can manage the housing market and help identify dealers, he refused to answer the question of whether the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has submitted a report to the Article 90 Commission regarding devices that are not connected to the national real estate and housing system. He added: “There is a good relationship between us and the said commission has held about 20 meetings with various agencies.”
Referring to the fine of people who did not self-declare in the real estate and housing system, he said: the electricity tariff of households that did not self-declare in the system is considered the highest tariff.
The head of the housing economics office reminded: So far, 3,678,000 heads of households have declared themselves in the real estate and housing system.
