The policy council of the 41st Fajr International Theater Festival was introduced
The Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance appointed the members of the Policy Council of the 41st Fajr International Theater Festival by issuing a decree.
Charso Press: According to the Public Relations Department of the General Department of Performing Arts, the members of the Policy Council of the 41st Fajr International Theater Festival were introduced in a decree by the deputy of artistic affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
Mahmoud Salari, Vice President of Artistic Affairs, in separate decrees, the text of which was communicated to Kazem Nazari, General Director of Performing Arts and Festival Director, and Koresh Zarei, Secretary of the 40th Fajr International Theater Festival, Iraj Rad, Masoud Garbish, Bijan Nobaveh, Dr. Gholamreza Montazeri, Dr. Ali Montazeri, He appointed Dr. Mahmoud Salari, Dr. Kazem Nazari, Dr. Tajbakhsh Fanaiyan, Mina Bagheri, Hossein Masfar Astane and Koresh Zarei as members of the policy making council for this event.

“Performance art has long been known as a symbol of education and imagination. The colorful presence of the scholars of this art has always been considered as cultural and spiritual assets respected by the people of art.
Therefore, on the eve of the 41st edition of the Fajr International Theater Festival, I am confident that the noble scholar, corresponding to the high goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will participate and share his valuable expertise and experience in setting up this great artistic event of any kind. You will not hesitate to help.
Therefore, it is a matter of honor to announce the status of membership and appointment of that worthy and honorable person in the policy making council of the 41st Fajr International Theater Festival.
Iraj Rad, an actor of Iranian cinema and television theater, has a master’s degree in theater directing from Cardiff University of Wales and holds the title of first class art from the National Artists Evaluation Council. So far, he has been the judge of a large number of Fajr, regional, provincial theater festivals, Razavi Festival, and Holy Defence. Founding Board of Khaneh Cinema and three terms member of the Board of Directors and Secretaries of the Cinema Actors Association, member of the Founding Board and Board of Directors and Advisor of the Supreme Council of the House of Iranian Artists since its establishment, member of the Founding Board, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and The managing director of the theater house is one of the management activities of this artist.
Dr. Masoud Al-Karfi, actor, theater director, lecturer and theater critic, has a master’s degree and a doctorate in theater from the University of Kansas, USA. The shows “Arakhsh”, “Khanmcheh Vemhtabi”, “Vitsk”, “Biganeh”, “Mephisto” are among the works of this artist as a director.
Bijan Nobaveh is a journalist and a representative of the 11th term of the Islamic Council. In 2013, Nobaveh received the honorary badge of a jihadist in the field of culture and art.
Dr. Gholamreza Montazeri is a representative of the 11th session of the Islamic Council.
Ali Montazeri is the director of the General Department of Performing Arts from 1365 to 1372. Member of the founding board of the Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA), member of the founding board of the Quranic News Agency (ICNA), editor of Paish scientific research quarterly, authored and translated several books, 246 domestic articles, 512 foreign articles, membership in 9 international scientific associations, membership in The editorial board of 12 international magazines, judging in 50 international magazines are among the other records of this artistic director.
Mahmoud Salari is a graduate of BA and Master of Arts and Master of Linguistics. Among his executive records are the Vice President of Radio and Television University in the 80s, Director General of the Office of Cultural Studies and Activities of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Fiction Foundation, Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cultural Exhibitions Institute. Iran, a member of the board of directors of Khane Kitabov Institute, the CEO of Dramatic Literature Foundation, the director of the specialized offices of Afog Network and a member of the production council of Sima Films.
Kazem Nazari, master’s degree in theater directing and doctorate in media management from Tehran University, lecturer and head of Sourah University’s art faculty, started his career in theater by directing the play “Dom” in 1365. Directing more than 20 plays, participating in domestic and international festivals from Fajr Theater Festival, participating in the Ruhr International Theater Festival in Germany with the play “Mirror in the Ceiling”, participating in the Berlin International Theater Festival with the play “Naqali”, participating in the International Theater Festival Cologne, Germany with the play “Moses and the Shepherd”, participation in the International Theater Festival of Cordoba, Argentina with the play “Moses and the Shepherd”, participation in the Valleyfield International Theater Festival of Montreal, Canada with the play “Moses and the Shepherd”, participation in the Incheon International Theater Festival of South Korea with the play The show “Akher Bazi”, participation in the Rafi Pierre International Theater Festival of Pakistan with the play “Elevator for the Kitchen” and participation in the international theater festival of the International University of Global Theater Experience (IUGTE) – Maplis are among his performance experiences in the field of performing arts.
Koresh Zarei is an actor, theater, cinema and television director, performing arts expert. He is a member of the Actors and Directors Association of Iran Theater House, the director of the Performing Arts Center of the Islamic Propaganda Organization of Tehran Province. Acting in the TV series “Jabarban Hayan”, “Youssef Prophet” and “Anam” is one of the appearances of this artist as an actor.
Dr. Tajbakhsh Fanaiyan is a writer, actor and director of theater, cinema and television, a graduate of the doctoral course of advanced art studies and a directing lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University. Directing the shows “Pardehbardi”, “Sabrin”, “Bang Jers” are among the shows directed by Fanaiyan. The TV shows “Ramadan Collection”, “The Merchant of Venice”, “Compirec Jadu” and the TV series “Hajar Ibn Udi” are among the other works of this artist.
Mina Bagheri, born in 1345 in Tehran, is a student of puppet theater from the School of Art and Literature of Broadcasting. He started his professional activity in 1369 in collaboration with Homa Jadikar and Haftkhwan Rostam show. Among his activities as an actor are the shows Bijan and Manijeh, Rostam and Sohrab, Shams Parandeh (Peri Sabri) and Ank Vasal (Majid Jafari) and the TV series Besharat Manji (Nader Talebzadeh) and Talaq (Abul Qasem Talebi).
Hossein Masafir Astane, writer, actor and theater director, is a master director and actor from Tarbiat Modares University Art Faculty. The directorship of the students’ experimental theater center, performing arts management of the foundation for preserving the works and publishing the values of holy defense, the secretary of the national festival of holy defense and the secretary of the 40th Fajr international theater festival are part of the management records of this artist.
