Mehdi Faraji, the producer of TV series, told Mehr reporter about the new approach of Sedavasima, which is going to broadcast some of the series of the home show network on TV, and the different structure of these works compared to TV works: TV is an official media and trusted by families. That is, families put their children in front of the TV, without the slightest concern that the desired program or work is bad. In my opinion, everyone should have their own standards, terms and conditions.
Referring to the series that can be broadcasted on TV, he added: We have to see what are the characteristics of these series that are broadcasted on TV, but in general, I believe that TV should be open with these series. to deal with and have this openness in some of his policies. As in some of the movies that it broadcasts, this approach exists.
Referring to the broadcasting of Iranian cinema films on television, despite some different standards, the producer of “Nun.Kh” stated: Iranian cinema films that are broadcasted on television may not conform to the standards of television’s own series, but we As for the audience, we accept this difference in approach because anyway it was produced in the cinema and with those standards. The same is the case with the home television network, and I think people accept and welcome this difference.
In another part of his talk about the high turnover in the home network, which makes many other actors not come to television, Faraji stated: In the home show network, the investor is the private sector and basically considers art as a kind of industry, so it is a kind of capital. He decides that he will have a financial return for him. With such a view, in order to guarantee profit, he goes to the things that have this financial return for him, and in some cases, he may also pay expenses that are non-standard.
He added: Of course, there is no problem if this view is only limited, the problem is that we have left everything free, which limits the investment in this area. In my opinion, we should create a standard and come to the point of setting a wage ceiling, giving a military debt, and organizing the conditions.
This producer reminded: We must try to return the investor’s profit, otherwise he will not invest anymore and this profession will stagnate.
At the same time, he said about the lack of prominent figures in TV series despite the high salaries on the home network: Anyway, television (in financial matters) has standards that it tries to stay on, but I personally believe that if the story is attractive and the direction Well, the actor is placed in the next stage. People follow the story first. I can give an example of many serials in which professional actors have played and have not been seen, and the opposite of this story also exists because Iranian people are more interested in the story.
