According to Mehr news agency, citing the public relations of the project, at the same time as the second anniversary of Khordad and reaching the halfway point of the broadcast of the 6-part documentary series “This is a protest” produced and directed by Mehdi Mahmoudi, the poster of this work was unveiled with a design by Mohammad Razaghi.

With special attention to the role and activity of student movements, this work examines the political and social events of the country after the revolution with a special look at the government period of Seyyed Mohammad Khatami.

The election of the seventh presidential term of Iran was held on June 2, 1376. This election, which led to the unexpected victory of Seyyed Mohammad Khatami, is the beginning of the era known as the reform government and Khordad II, and is known by the reformists as Khordad II Saga.

The documentary series “This is a protest” which is a product of Documentary Network, Surah Documentary Center and Nahdat Media Art Center, is broadcasted every night at 21:00 on Documentary Network, and it is repeated the next day at 1:30 p.m.
