Referring to the effective presence of Iran Insurance in this event, Sayah, Director General of Public Relations, said: Iran Insurance together with other companies and organizations under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance participated in this exhibition. It has an active presence.

Pointing to the role of the insurance industry in natural disasters, Sayah added: Business and residential owners who have insurance with additional coverage are able to rebuild and return to their previous status much earlier than others when disasters such as floods and earthquakes occur. They come from the accident. Iran’s insurance in Kermanshah earthquake incident is about 238 billion Rials, Plasco building accident is 212 billion Rials. The earthquake in Khoi city cost 185 billion Rials and the flood in the provinces (Khuzestan, Golestan, Lorestan and Fars) paid 158 billion Rials in damages. This statistic shows that many compatriots do not have insurance and cultural groups and related institutions should make more efforts to promote and develop insurance culture, especially in the Ministry of Education and students.
