According to the activists of the housing market in Karaj, the areas of Mohammadshahr, Kamalshahr, Khormadasht, Hosseinabad, Agtepe and Islamabad are areas where you can find units with a lower price than other areas of Karaj.
The price floor of newly built units in this area starts from 20 million tomans per meter, and the price floor of houses that have been built for several years starts from 16 million tomans per meter and continues up to 35 million tomans.
The most valuable properties in Karaj belong to Azimieh, Jahanshahr and Mehrshahr areas. The floor price of newly built and certified apartments in these areas starts from 60 million tomans per meter and continues up to 160 million tomans. Also, the floor price of the units of several years of construction in these areas is 45 million tomans per meter.

An activist of the Karaj housing market explains about the suitable area for investment: “Baghestan is now considered a good place for housing investment, because it will soon be connected to Hemet highway. Also, there is a lot of empty land in it for construction.”
