In addition, the head of the construction commission of the parliament announced last Monday (January 25) the suspension of the decision of the Administrative Court of Justice regarding the release of plane ticket prices. On the 26th of December, the silence of the Civil Aviation Organization as the guardian of the country’s air transportation was finally broken and the spokesman of this organization announced the suspension of the decision of the Administrative Court of Justice to the airlines.
Jafar Yazerlo said in this regard: Civil Aviation Organization is the representative of the government in the civil aviation industry and is in charge of flight safety, and considers itself obliged to fulfill the duties and responsibilities that the legislator has assigned to it, and any decision that is announced in the legal process of the country will be obliged to be implemented. .
He added: Following the decision issued by the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, as the relevant body, requested the application of Article 91 of the Court of Administrative Justice in order to reconsider, based on which the head of the court in a letter to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development regarding the suspension of the decision Corresponded that the situation was notified by the Aviation Organization for the information and action of the airlines and that the companies are not allowed to increase the price of plane tickets.
At the same time, three days have passed since the Civil Aviation Organization informed about the suspension of the decision of the Court of Administrative Justice and emphasized that the increase in the price of airplanes is not allowed, and the airlines continue to oversell.
As an example, the price of a Tehran-Mashhad flight ticket is 1,314,800 Tomans based on the rate approved by the Civil Aviation Organization. Or the approved fare for the Parazi Tehran-Ahvaz route is one million and 1,207 thousand tomans. Also, the price of the plane ticket for Tehran-Bandar Abbas route is one million and 696 thousand tomans.
But do airlines sell tickets for these flights at an approved price? The answer to this question is “no”.
For the Tehran-Mashhad route, Aseman Airlines sells economy tickets at about 20% higher than the approved rate, that is, about one million and 577 thousand tomans.
On the Tehran-Ahvaz route, Fly Persia sells economy tickets at a price of 1.550 thousand tomans. This rate is also 29% higher than the rates approved by the Civil Aviation Organization.
This situation also exists on the Tehran-Bandar Abbas route. Aseman Airlines offers economy tickets for this route at a price of 2 million and 34 thousand Tomans. That is, about 20% higher than the approved rates. Airtour ticket price for the above flight route is 2 million 107 thousand 800 tomans.
